2006 King's Cup Online Registration

Online Registration is Closed. Late Registration before the player meeting is still possible. Thanks for your interest. We hope to see you Saturday morning.

Please Note: Fill in the following form to submit your registration information online. Once this information is submitted, you will be presented a "Buy Now" button for PayPal. To complete your online registration, you must click the "Buy Now" button and fill out the PayPal forms. (There is a $2.00 "convenience fee" added for online payment. If you would prefer to register online, but pay by check, click here for more info.)

The PayPal web pages will be secure and will originate from PayPal. You may use a PayPal account or a credit card to submit payment online. Once your payment is completed, you will receive confirmation by email. Be sure you include a valid email address so we can contact you.

All payments MUST be received before May 20th. Pre-registration closes May 13th. Please do not mail any registration payments after this date. Instead, bring your registration payment to the event, and add $5.00 for late registration.

Player Release Agreement
Agreeing to be legally bound, I hereby release the City of Kinston, the Kinston/Lenoir County Parks and Recreation Department, and the Kinston Disc Golf Association and its staff and officers from any and all liability for any injury or liability I may incur as a result of my participation in any of the King’s Cup 2006 events.
I agree to conduct myself in a sportsman-like manner (on and off the disc golf course), and in such a way that will not cause harm or embarrassment to any other competitors, sponsors, staff, spectators, news media or anyone else connected with this event. I agree to play in accordance with the Rules of Play that are in force at the time of the event. We will use the official PDGA Rules of Play to conduct this event. The Tournament Director's decisions will be final. I agree to obey all federal, state and local laws during this event.
I have read the above statements and I understand that I may be disqualified from competition for any infraction of these rules.
